It's got a great collection of delectable pasta recipes that include vegetables which happens to be my favorite foods. All recipes are vegetarian but have meat options. I happen to be vegan so it's very easy for me to only have to substitute plain soymilk or soy creamer for the milk or cream that some recipes call
