I've had a copy of "The New Steak" by the same author for several years and I've liked most of the recipes in that book. I also like her approach of including recipes for suggested side dishes together with the main course. It's||"Cree LeFavour doesn't write mere recipes-she writes symphonies of flavors, composing some of the most soulful meals I've ever come across.
